Why Are You Looking for a Dentist Near Castle Hills?

Many patients find comfort in knowing that they can turn to the same team they know and trust time and time again. That’s why it’s so important for us to offer a wide range of treatments, from routine checkups to cutting-edge dental implants. If you are interested in learning about the different services we offer leading up to your appointment, then simply click on the images below.

I Need A Checkup & Cleaning

Oftentimes, patients assume that biannual exams and cleanings aren’t necessary if they aren’t experiencing any unusual symptoms, and they take good care of their smiles at home. However, oral cancer, tooth decay, and gum disease can all develop and progress rapidly. So, it’s important that you come to our dental office near Castle Hills every six months (or sooner, if recommended).

I Want To Enhance My Smile

Even if your smile is healthy, you might not love it. If that’s the case, then take the next step: schedule a consultation with our cosmetic dentist in Castle Hills! During your visit, Dr. Amos will learn about your aesthetic concerns, discuss the different cosmetic dental treatments we offer, and help you decide which one is best for you. Then, he will begin working on your custom treatment plan!

I Have a Cavity/Broken Tooth

If any unusual symptoms arise, like persistent sensitivity or bleeding when you floss, don’t take the “wait and see” approach. Instead, call our dental office near Castle Hills and schedule an appointment. The sooner you do, the sooner we can determine if an untreated oral health problem is the culprit and, if it is, the best way to address it.

I Want To Straighten My Smile

For decades, traditional braces were the only path to a straight smile. In fact, you may have even been told that was the case for you the last time you explored your orthodontic treatment options. Fortunately, there’s a much more discreet path to a straight smile now: clear aligners. Our dentist in your area actually offers two solutions: MTM Clear Aligner System and Invisalign. To learn more about either, give us a call!

I Am in Pain & Need Help

Whether you’re dealing with a dull, persistent throbbing or you knocked out a tooth while playing pickleball with your friends, the best thing to do is call our dental office near Castle Hills. In addition to walking you through how to handle your dental injury, they will schedule an emergency appointment with Dr. Amos. Since we offer early morning, lunchtime, and afternoon hours, there’s a good chance that we’ll be able to restore your healthy, pain-free smile the same day.

How We Make Dentistry Affordable

Whether you’re a new patient who is visiting us for a routine checkup or you’ve been visiting us for years and are interested in a specialty service, like Invisalign, you likely have some questions about the cost. Rest assured, we will provide you with the answers you’re looking for at your appointment. In the meantime, you can learn more by clicking on the icons below!

We Welcome Dental Insurance

Do you have dental insurance? If so, you likely have a 100-80-50 coverage structure, which means that your provider will cover 100% of the cost of preventive care and between 50% and 80% of the cost of restorative treatments. That translates to huge savings, so don’t hesitate to provide us with your membership information when you call to schedule your appointment! In addition to being in-network with Delta Dental, we welcome all PPO dental plans, and we’re here to help make understanding and utilizing your available benefits as easy as possible.

We Happily Accept Flexible Financing

If you don’t have dental insurance, you might assume that your only option is to pay for the dental care you need in one lump sum. Thanks to CareCredit, that’s not the case. This trusted third-party financier offers convenient payment plans so you can break up the total cost into smaller, more manageable chunks. Not only that, but many of their payment plans have little-to-no interest attached. If you are interested in learning more about this financial solution, including how to sign up, let our dental team near Castle Hills know!

We Extend Periodic Special Offers

o To help our patients save while pursuing their healthiest and most beautiful smile, we also offer periodic specials, like free teeth whitening for new patients. If you are interested in reviewing our latest offers, you can visit the “Special Offers” page on our website. You can also ask a friendly member of our team for details when you call to schedule your appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a dental checkup and cleaning cost in Castle Hills?

An average dental checkup and cleaning in Castle Hills can range from $200 to $350. Determining how much this type of service will cost you out of pocket is based on various factors, one of which is whether you plan to use your dental insurance.

Most companies offer 80-100% coverage for preventive services because they reduce the risk of serious oral health issues that require more costly restorative care (i.e., cavities, tooth decay, gum disease). This is why dentists encourage patients to use their available benefits to avoid high out-of-pocket costs.

When you consider what is included in a dental checkup and cleaning, you can understand why it carries the price it does. Not only does your dentist discuss your health history and smile goals, but they also take digital images of your smile, examine your oral anatomy, and thoroughly clean your teeth and gums. Also, if a personalized treatment plan is required, they will discuss expectations for moving forward with one or more services.

How do you find the best place to get dental work?

You must ask yourself what is most important when choosing the best place to receive high-quality dental care. Each person will have their own criteria, so it’s important you determine what is non-negotiable when performing your search. Some examples you might consider include:

  • Does the dentist take your dental insurance and/or offer alternative payment options?
  • Does the dentist see only adults or children as well?
  • Is the dentist’s office located near your home or office?
  • What kind of operating hours does the dentist offer?
  • Are their services comprehensive or specialized?

Once you narrow down what is essential for you and your family, you can select the right professional to take care of all your oral healthcare needs.

Ridgepointe Dental is pleased to provide family dentistry in a convenient area of The Colony. With comprehensive services and early morning appointment times available, we can deliver top-quality care when it’s most convenient for you.

What do you do if you cannot afford a dentist?

It is always best to use your dental insurance near Castle Hills when visiting your dentist, as this will lower your out-of-pocket costs while also allowing you to get the dental care you need. Many patients assume their inability to pay is reason enough not to visit the dentist, but neglecting oral healthcare will only lead to worsening dental problems over time.

If you don’t have dental insurance, ask about flexible financing. Dentists often partner with third-party companies to help individuals afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.

At Ridgepointe Dental, we proudly partner with CareCredit, a third-party financier that offers eligible enrollees the opportunity to choose a low- or no-interest plan. Instead of being responsible for the full amount, you can break up your payments into smaller, more manageable installments. This way, you avoid surprise fees, prepayment penalties, and upfront costs.

How do I schedule a same-day appointment?

Most same-day appointments are necessary when a dental emergency occurs. This means that if you are dealing with a broken, chipped, or knocked-out tooth, you need to see a dentist as soon as possible. Instead of sending an email, call their office right away. This will connect you with a team member who can provide first-aid tips and schedule an appointment with the dentist as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of your situation, you may need to leave immediately for your appointment, or you may be instructed to wait a few days before coming in for treatment.

Ridgepointe Dental instructs all patients to call our office immediately when a dental injury occurs. We will provide instructions on how to handle the situation at home and schedule a timely appointment. You shouldn’t have to remain in pain, so we will do our best to see you as quickly as possible.
