New Patient Information
Welcome to Ridgepointe Dental! This page will give you all the basic information you need before scheduling your first appointment. Below, you’ll learn about how your first visit will go, you can fill out our forms, and you can also read about our insurance and financing options. If you still have any questions after reading over everything, be sure to give us a call and ask! We hope to meet you and your family soon!
Your First Visit
When you come to see us, we’ll literally roll out the red carpet for you! Our team will give you a short tour of the office. Afterward, you’ll get to meet your hygienist, and they’ll take a moment to ask about your dental history and see if you have any pressing concerns. From there, you’ll have some x-rays taken and your dentist will perform a comprehensive exam and formulate your own personalized treatment plan. If your gums are in a healthy state, a dental cleaning will be completed.
We’ve taken the “paper” out of “paperwork!” To help your appointment start even faster, you can simply click on the link below and fill out our forms digitally before your visit. After you’ve finished, it will be sent directly to our practice. We’re all about saving you time whenever we can! If have any issues getting this to work, please let us know. Also, you can still choose to fill out our forms once you get to the office if that is more convenient.

Dental Insurance Information
We are happy to work with all insurance companies. Our insurance coordinators work tirelessly to ensure we are able to maximize your insurance benefits while minimizing our patient's out-of-pocket costs.
We ask for your understanding in that we don't work for an insurance company. Rather we work 100% for our patients. We feel that insurance can be a great benefit for many patients and want you to know we will do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance contract. However, the treatment we recommend will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage
When you use your dental insurance with us, our team will take care of everything: we’ll file the claim, handle the paperwork, and do everything we can to maximize your coverage. To learn how we can work with your particular plan, please give us a call.
